Event Description:
3rd Annual West Austin Chamber of Commerce Summer Camp Fair!

Join us for the 3rd Annual West Austin Chamber of Commerce Summer Camp Fair!  To find out what is available for your kiddos this summer, we're bringing businesses and residents together for this fun and free community event! 

NEW THIS YEAR - Enjoy a Community BBQ and Performances by local student groups!

We will have face painting, kids activities and great door prizes. Food and drink will be available and the beautiful ABC indoor playspace will be open. Stop by after work or after dinner and bring your kids, families and friends.

HOW CAN MY BUSINESS PARTICIPATE? 

Participation in this event is $50 for current chamber members offering camp, educational, recreational or entertainment to students over the summer months. Members wishing to participate can click on the button above and secure their table space.

Non-member businesses offering summer camps/programing can also participate by having an on-site booth. Costs are:

  • $150 through Thursday, February 28th
We will have 6' and 8' tables available.  Please enter what size you'd prefer in the comments section when registering.  We will honor these on a first-come first-served basis.  If you need electricity, please add it when registering.  This will be an additional $10.  You may bring your own table cloth, or we have fitted table cloths for use at no additional charge.  If you bring your own, please indicate what size it is for planning purposes.

DONATE A DOOR PRIZE!!! All donors will be recognized at the event an in the event guide.  WACC must be notified of any intention to provide a door prize by 3/15/19.
